This whisky is the first certified organic single malt single malt produced in Rozelieures. The result of a double
maturation in the distillery’s traditional casks, then in former ex-Burgundy wine casks, it stands out for its finesse and delicate red fruit notes.

caracteristiques

Nose

It opens with notes of vanilla and white-fleshed fruit. It then evolves with a touch of brioche.

Palate

Unctuous and rich, the palate is marked by subtle notes of caramel and beautiful notes of red fruit.

Finish

Long-lasting, it develops spices and cereals.
