Rare Collection, produced in limited quantities distilled from finely peated malt. It has been aged in oak casks containing sweet wines from southwestern France. These casks give the whisky roundness, fruitiness and mellowness, with notes of ripe fruit on a sherry background.

caracteristiques

Nose

Very flattering on the fruits of the orchard and the honey. In a second time, it is the candied orange and the walnut which distinguish themselves.

Palate

Still a generous note of candied fruits, with a licorice touch. The malted and toasted notes provide a great richness.

Finish

Long on red fruits(blackberry, blackcurrant) with a touch of smoke and toasted notes.
