With Sherry Collection, Rozelieures goes from strength to strength. This single malt, aged exclusively in ex-sherry casks, is distinguished by its richness. It owes its smokiness to the very strong toasting of the casks used. Smoke is present on the nose, along with notes of honey.

Nose

Very rich, with notes of candied fruit, nuts and honey. Very smooth, with well-coated smoky notes.

Palate

Full bodied, with notes of candied fruit, such as Christmas pudding. Notes of coffee and perfectly controlled smoke.

Finish

Very long and velvety notes of spice and honey.
