Made from barley grown on a plot of clay-limestone soil called Le Tertre 40 Pieds, this whiskey aged in Cognac and new French oak barrels is distinguished by its delicate peat and notes of caramel.

Very expressive, it is marked by pear in syrup, caramel and floral notes. Although very discreet, the earthy notes of the peat are present.Palate
