During its final year of maturation, this Single Malt Whisky was aged for 14 months in a rum barrel from HSE, Habitation St Etienne in Martinique. Fresh vegetal notes, a little herbaceous, close to sugar cane.

Nose

Barley, cereals, fresh vegetal notes, touch of vanilla

Palate

Rich, greedy, notes of pineapple and lime, cardamom and a little cinnamon, note of vanilla which brings roundness

Finish

Long on pineapple and cardamom.
